By registering for this event, I represent that I am fully knowledgeable of the danger and hazards associated with vehicles. I certify that I am duly licensed and competent to operate a vehicle in a safe manner, and the vehicle is also in safe operating condition. I will be traveling on public roadway and am solely responsible to determine the speed and operational characteristics of my vehicle while participating, I am licensed to operate a vehicle and always carry liability Insurance as required by law. I hereby release and hold harmless Young Ones United, any of its Executives, Directors, Volunteers, or Members against any and all claims/causes of action, or any other liability of any kind arising from my participation In Y.O.U.
